  2. - Here are some ``scientific'' screen savers modules for BackSpace
  3. based on the lorenz equations.  This was the first chaotic attractor
  4. ever discovered and is the simplest model of the weather that you can
  5. make. The behavior of these equations has led scientists to claim that
  6. upper limit for weather predictions is two weeks, regardless of how
  7. good your model is or how fast your computer runs.

  9. There are 3 screensavers

  11. Lorenz: traces out 10000 points on the lorenz attractor.

  13. LorenzSnake: Kind of a mistake , it was my first attempt at LorenzCross
  14.     but it looked good so I kept it. It demonstrates the ``butterfly''
  15.     effect. The points on the line all start with 0.01 of each other.

  17. LorenzCross: LorenzSnake like I originally meant it to look. 
  18.  
  19. - Play with the number of CHASERS and NUMPOINTS to get different effects.
