  11. The VarioDataPro package consists of the applications VarioBuilder and
  12. VarioData.

  14. VarioBuilder is the tool to design VarioData databases to any extent
  15. desired. Using the various resources you determine the layout of your
  16. databases according to your demands. VarioBuilder offers a large
  17. number of database elements which are chosen from three palettes. For
  18. a detailed description, see VarioBuilder's on-line help.

  20. VarioData is used to add new records and modify existing ones. You can
  21. search considering search criteria to any extent desired. Found
  22. records are clearly listed and arranged in a user-definable listbox.

  24. VarioData may communicate with other programs by its extended import
  25. and export interface. Additionally VarioData places several tools at
  26. your disposal to create reports, design form letters and make labels.

  28. The export interface supports the FrameMaker MIF format.

  30. VarioDataPro is the extended version of VarioData. If you want to use
  31. SQL databases, extended protection mechanisms, scripting and many more
  32. extended features, you need VarioDataPro.
