  1. Agent  is a solution to support the real estate business. With Agent you
  2. can manage real estate objects/projects and  prospective  customers  for
  3. them. Agent  uses  an  international  real  estate  classification  with
  4. appropriate attributes for each class. The objective of Agent is to make
  5. the international trade of real estates via electronic  data interchange
  6. possible.

  8. Agent  includes  a demonstration database containing some 5 real estates 
  9. and some 5 customers. We'd  like  to  put  more  in  it but the required 
  10. free-space for  more  real-estates  including  pictures  would "explode" 
  11. the limits of some ftp-servers for one-file-only.
  12.  
  13. The demonstration  copy  of  Agent  is  unlimited  in all functions. The
  14. only limitation is  that  you  can't  set  your  own  company's name for
  15. print-outs and that  on  all  exposes printed by Agent you will have the
  16. text "Demo-Release (c) 1994 IREX Software AG"  diagonally  written;  the
  17. demo release of Agent is also limited to one-user only.

  30. I did a really big mistake which I try to fix by posting:
  31. When I put IREX-Agent on the ftp-server ftp.informatik.uni-muenchen.de I
  32. forgot to mention the public username and password for the demo release
  33. of IREX Agent.

  35. I had a lot of people asking me for it. Now here is it:

  38. Password: agent

  40. If you want to check IREX Agent just log in as "agent" into it and setup
  41. new Users (if necessery).
