  3.     This is the 2.4 release of Stuart, the shareware NeXTSTEP DEC

  15.     Stuart2.4 has a large number of improvements over Stuart2.3,
  16.     too many to list here - check the Features section of the online
  17.     manual.  A short list is in order, though:

  19.     o   Online manual with easy navigation and searching.
  20.  
  21.     o   Revised Preferences and New/Preferences panels, along with
  22.     a Runtime inspector panel.
  23.  
  24.     o   Meta support for non-QWERTY keymaps.
  25.  
  26.     o   Custom window titlebars can be dynamically set from the
  27.     shell using xterm-style OSC sequences, or from the user
  28.     interface.

  30.     o   Improved file drag&drop support.

  32.     o   Per-window shelves for easy access to files and directories.

  34.     o   Quite a number of bug fixes (see the Fixes.rtf file).
