  1. Amortize is an amortization tool. This program allows
  2.   you to quickly see the difference between various interest rates
  3.   and terms for mortages. It will also display yearly interest paid
  4.   on a loan, the total interest paid, and total paid on a loan. It prints
  5.   a table showing interest and principal paid for each month, as
  6.   well as the payoff for that month. This is my third application
  7.   dealing with financial matters. Look in the other applications 
  8.   from the same author for details.

  11.       a NeXTstation since December 17, 1991. I'm a week-end
  12.       programmer, who's having a lot of fun on a NeXT computer.
