  6. The Ph application gives you access to directory information at 
  7. several Universities.  It is used to obtain traditional phone book 
  8. information.  More importantly, for e-mail users, it provides access 
  9. to e-mail addresses.  Some Universities provide other data such as 
  10. information about courses, restaurants, and weather.
  11.  
  12. This release is a partial implementation of the Ph client.  Only 
  13. queries are allowed; editing has not been implemented.
