  3. an application to scale raster-graphic files under NEXTSTEP

  8.     · NEXTSTEP 3.1 or higher

  13. what it does:
  14.     · reads raster-graphic files (more, if _ImageViewer_/_OmniImage_ installed)
  15.     · shows raster-graphic files
  16.     · allows scaling of raster-graphics with different units (pt., inch, ...)
  17.     · allows drag&drop of files on the application icon and the inspector
  18.     · allows cutting out parts of the original file with rubber bands
  19.     · converts high bit graphics to lower bit graphics
  20.     · supports full copy/paste mechanism
  21.     · saves raster-graphic files in a variety of formats
  22.

  24.     · graphic format support depends on installed environment programs
