  4. This archive contains an Installer.app package for ncftp-2.3.0.  It has
  5. been built without the posix option (posix IS possible, but it requires
  6. more work).  It was linked with the ncurses-1.9.8a (built also
  7. without posix) and readline-2.0 libraries.  To fully use ncurses in 
  8. visual mode, you will need to install (at least) the terminfo library 
  9. from ncurses..

  11. Introduction:
  12.      NcFTP is a user interface to the Internet standard File
  13.      Transfer Protocol.  This program allows a user to transfer
  14.      files to and from a remote network site, and offers addi-
  15.      tional features that are not found in the standard inter-
  16.      face, ftp.
