  3. This is the NeXTSTEP Version of the lastest time zone package (96e)
  4. from elsie.nci.nih.gov.
  5. It corrects the changed time zones in the EU (last sun sep
  6.   -> last sun oct, starting 1996)
  7.  
  8. Installation:  
  9. - unpack
  10. - check install pathes in Makefile
  11. - make install
  12. - select your favourite time zone in Preferences.app
