  23. nextispell is a daemon establishing the connection between ispell (by
  24. Geoff Kuenning) and the NeXT spell panel.
  25. ispell is a very flexible spelling correction program. Provided with a
  26. word list and rules ispell checks your text in any language. ispell also
  27. has a special tex mode which is very handy for scientists like me.
  28. nextispell brings all this strength into the NeXT GUI.
  29. You need to have ispell installed, then nextispell may easily be configured
  30. and installed. (The spell server invokes ispell and communicates with
  31. it via a pipe)

  34. nextispell is still worked on. Version 0.8 should however be _the_ version
  35. for some time. There is a bug in the NXSpellServer which has to be fixed
  36. by NeXT before I release a nextispell 1.0. This may still take till NS 4.0.
