  3. The FoneTones.compressed distribution is a HyperSense XModule
  4. for generating telephone tones.  Sound files are used, and
  5. thus this should work on any NS computer system with appropriate
  6. sound hardward (DSP is NOT required).

  8. Included is the FoneTones.sense document, which is a complete
  9. ripoff of a pre-existing (circa late-91) phone dialing interface.

  11. This stuff was done about a month ago.  Thanks to Doug for
  12. his understanding during the 1/2 day long session of recording
  13. the 'just right' tone sounds.  It drove everyone crazy ;')

  22. PS.  HyperSense is required.  Get it from cs.orst.edu, or Thoughtful
  23.     Software.  Also, there are .snd files included in the
  24.     distribution which need to be installed in the appropriate
  25.     directory.  See the Specification.rtfd for details
  26.     on where the .snd files need to be installed.
