  3. This is the first version of my bug reporter document.
  4. With the help of Chris Miner, a dear friend of mine,
  5. this document was hacked in 1/2 day at his place.
  6. It is designed to help users of software report
  7. bugs to the developer of a software package.
  8.  
  9. Execute the following in a shell with the current
  10. working directory set containing this distribution
  11.  
  12.     zcat BugReporter.sense.tar.Z | tar xf -
  13.  
  14. and the archive will be decompressed and untar'ed
  15. for your convenience.  If you are not familiar
  16. with shells, then just start up the /NextApps/Terminal.app
  17. program and change your directory (using the UNIX command
  18. 'cd') to the directory containing this distribution
  19. and copy and paste (command-c, command-v) the above
  20. shell command and press return.
  21.  
  22. If there are bugs in it (sure to be) then email
  23. me at <todd@thoughtful.com>.  HyperSense is required
  24. since this is a .sense document.  Contact
  25. Thoughtful Software for information on how to aquire
  26. HyperSense.  Also, you can grab the standard distribution
  27. from cs.orst.edu:/pub/next/demos/proglang/HyperSense1.00B09b.tar
  28. and use it in demo mode.  But I encourage you to purchase
  29. the product since it is well worth the money (somewhere around $300.00).
