This is the version 1.1 beta test release of the NetworkKit, objectware for TCP/IP networking. The NetworkKit provides Telnet and FTP objects, as well as classes for low-level TCP and UDP sessions. Every NetworkKit object was designed from scratch to be seamlessly integrated with the NEXTSTEP environment.
The NetworkKit provides an object-oriented interface for network programming that is easy to learn and use, which eases your learning curve and reduces your development time. We track current and emerging protocol standards and participate in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), which assures you of interoperability and standards compliance. Using the NetworkKit allows you to concentrate development resources on your core competencies while leveraging our experience in network and kernel programming.
