- Installation instructions:
- 1. Copy the files MEMORY.EXE, MEMORY.HLP and MEMORY.WRI to the
- desired directory. This is usually the C:\WINDOWS directory.
- This directory should be included in your PATH if it is
- not already. The game will still work if the directory is
- not in your path statememt but WINDOWS HELP may not be able
- to find the game's help file.

- 2. If not already in WINDOWS then start windows.

- 3. Open the group that you would like the game to be located
- in. This is usually the GAMES group.

- 4. Select NEW from the FILE menu of the PROGRAM manager.

- 5. Select Program Item and click OK (or use return/enter on the
- keyboard).

- 6. Type Memory into the Description field. Type the full path to
- MEMORY.EXE into the Command Line Field.
- example: c:\windows\memory.exe
- Click on O.K. (or use return/enter on the keyboard).

- The ICON for the memory game should now bw visible in the selected
- group. If not then go back and ensure you have correctly performed
- steps 1 to 6.

- To read the file MEMORY.WRI start the WRITE application located
- in the accessories group. Select OPEN from the FILE menu and
- select the directory that you used to install the files into.
- Select Memory from the file display.
