This text file describes the only terms and conditions for other parties to
distribute this software program.

BY COPYING, USING OR DISTRIBUTING THIS PROGRAM, YOU INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT
TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

1. Description of Product

SKUNNY - Experience the fastest, most exciting platform game released to the
market in years. Up to six levels of parallax scrolling, 3D rendered
animations.  The game contains more than 750.000 graphic elements and a
built-in level editor to create your own levels. Dozens of objects to interact
with: Gold Coins, Barrels, Ropes, Boosters, Pinball, Mine Car, Magic Carpet,
and Saw Blades, etc. Find hundred of secret passages, bonus levels and piles
of Treasure!  Requires 486+, 8MB and Sound Card.

For the purposes of this document, 'program' refers to a playable demo version
of the software program being distributed with this document.  No right is
given by this document to copy, use or distribute any other version, including
any version that is registered. This program is NOT public domain or free
software, or freeware. The files included in this distribution set may not be
modified or deleted.

2.Distribution Limitations and Requirements
Distribution of this program is LIMITED as specified by the terms and
conditions set forth by this document.  We reserve the right to limit or
deny distribution of this program as it sees fit.

3. No Charge Distribution -
This program may be distributed without limitation so long as there is no
charge of any type associated with the distribution.  You are encouraged to
copy the program, pass the program around, and upload it to on-line services
provided that you do not charge for the copy that you provide.

4. Online Distribution -
This program may be distributed through online services ( such as BBS's,
Internet Sites, CompuServe, others... ) without limitation so long as there is
no charge for the program other than membership or download fees.

5. Floppy Distribution
This program may be distributed on Floppy Diskette through Retail Racks,
Direct Mail catalogs, or other distribution channels so long as the vendor
contacts us and obtains PRIOR written authorization to do so.  We will require
that the vendor sign a vendor distribution agreement.  By distributing this
program without a written agreement, you may be held liable for a minimum
royalty of $2.00 per copy sold or distributed.

6. CD-ROM Distribution
Vendors MAY NOT distribute the program on CD-ROM without contacting us and
obtaining PRIOR written authorization to do so. We will require that the
vendor sign a vendor distribution agreement.  By distributing this program
without a written agreement, you may be held liable for a minimum royalty
of $3.00 per copy sold or distributed.

7. Software and Hardware Bundles -
If you would like to bundle this program with other software or hardware
products (sound cards, monitors, etc.), please contact us! We appreciate
the opportunity to work with manufactures and resellers in new distribution
channels.

8. Other Distribution Methods -
If you have a new idea for distributing the program, please contact us, we
are always eager to discuss new distribution methods.

You may not reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works from this
program. You may not modify the program or any of its files and the program
must be distributed as a complete package.

10.1. If you aquired this game from Atomic entertainment, the following
      limited warranty applies to you:

THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". ATOMIC ENTERTAINEMENT DOES
NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THIS SOFTWARE WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ATOMIC ENTERTAINEMENT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOST REVENUE, COST OF
