  1. INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. IMPORTANT:  By loading this software, you agree to all of the terms of this
  4. Agreement.  Do not load this software until you have carefully read and
  5. agreed to the following terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to the
  6. terms of this agreement, do not install or use this software.
  7.  
  8. LICENSE:   Intel grants you the following non-exclusive, non-transferrable,
  9. royalty-free, copyright license subject to the terms of this Agreement.
  10. Intel grants you the right to copy the software and materials ("Materials")
  11. onto a computer for your personal, noncommercial use.  You will not use,
  12. copy, modify, sell or transfer any part of the Materials except as provided
  13. in this Agreement.  You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or
  14. disassemble the software.
  15.  
  16. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS:  Title to the Materials and
  17. all copies thereof remain with Intel or its suppliers.  The Materials
  18. are copyrighted and are protected by United States copyright laws and
  19. international treaty provisions.  You will not remove the copyright
  20. notice from the Materials. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying
  21. of the Materials.  Except as expressly provided herein, Intel does not
  22. grant any express or implied right to you under Intel patents, copyrights,
  23. trademarks, or trade secret information.

  25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
  26. WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
  27. INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT
  28. OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY
  29. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS
  30. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
  31. LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS
  32. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE
  33. USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF INTEL
  34. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  35. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR
  36. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
  37. DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  39. TRANSFER:  You may copy the Materials and transfer them at no
  40. charge if the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

  42. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS:  The Materials and
  43. documentation are provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
  44. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject
  45. to restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013
  46. et seq. or its successor. Use of the Materials by the Government
  47. constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprietary rights in them.

  49. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE:  Intel may terminate this license at
  50. any time if you are in breach of the terms of this Agreement.
  51. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Materials.
  52.  
  53. APPLICABLE LAWS:  Any claim arising under or relating to this
  54. Agreement shall be governed by the internal substantive laws
  55. of the State of Delaware or federal courts located in Delaware,
  56. without regard to principles of conflict of laws.  You may not
  57. export the Materials in violation of applicable export laws and
  58. regulations.
