  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  9. agreement signed by Game Tool Technologies, your use of this
  10. software you indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  11. and warranty.

  13. Shareware Version

  15. Evaluation and Registration

  17. Colowiz is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  18. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 60
  19. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  20. a registration fee of $10 is required.  Payments must be in US
  21. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Terry N. Goldman,
  22.  P.O. Box 3698, Carmel, California 93921.

  24. Unregistered use of Colorwiz 1.0 after the 30-day evaluation period is
  25. in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  27. Distribution

  29. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  30. Version ( you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the 
  31. Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish;
  32. give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and 
  33. distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  34. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  35. of the above.

  37. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  38. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  39. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  40. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
  41. one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
  42. Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute NetTools,
  43. subject to the conditions in this license, without specific
  44. written permission.

  48. One registered copy of Colorwiz may either be used by a single
  49. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  50. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  51. multiple people, but not both.

  53. You may access the registered version of Colorwiz through a network,
  54. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software
  55. covering all workstations that will access the software through the 
  56. network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations will access Colorwiz
  57. on the network, each workstation must have its own Colorwiz license, 
  58. regardless of whether they use Colorwiz at different times or concurrently.

  60. Governing Law

  62. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  63. California.

  65. Disclaimer of Warranty

  67. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  68. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  69. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

  73. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  74. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
