  6. HTML Notepad is a Windows program which subsumes the simple Notepad editor
  7. with the ability to produce HTML coding for World Wide Web pages.  Simple 
  8. and fast it comes with full explanation on how to create professional pages.

  11. bottle into the shower and can eat between meals without ruining their 
  12. appetite.

  17.     htmlnote.hlp -- the help file oddly enough
  18.     htmlnote.ini -- initialisation info for HTML Notepad
  19.     readme.txt   -- this file
  20.         readme.htm   -- a slightly less formal discussion of new bits
  21.     cranials.gif --  -->
  22.     dots3.gif    -- two images which are required for:
  23.     example.htm  -- the example WWW page
  24.     initial.htm  -- initialisation for each new file created.
  25.     ctl3d.dll    -- win dll for pretty 3d (you have it already, probably)

  27. Installing

  29. Place the files wherever you like with all the files together then simply 
  30. run the executable. 
  31. NB The initialisation file does **not** go in the Windows directory but 
  32. stays in the same directory.  I hate programs which clutter up my Windows
  33. directory and I never know if I can get rid of them.

  37. HTML Notepad is shareware and if you enjoy using it we would like you to 
  38. register.  Rather than crippling the program in some way we rely on an initial
  39. splash screen to remind and add to your guilt.  Registration info can be found
  40. in the help file.
