- R%Combine flour, salt, milk and eggs. Beat at a low speed with
- R%and electric mixer until just smooth.

- R%Place well-greased muffin pans in a 425 degree oven for three
- R%minutes or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in them.

- R%Remove the pans from the oven; fill half full with batter.
- R%Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

- R%Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 18 to 20
- R%minutes. Serve immediately. Makes one dozen popovers.
