- I%20, oz, white bread, (1 slice equals 1 oz) - very fresh!

- I%1/2, cup, parmesan cheese
- I%4, T., parsley, minced

- R%Cook bacon until very crisp. Drain and crumble it into bits.

- R%Butter bread on both sides and remove the crusts.

- R%Sprinkle the bacon down the middle of the bread.

- R%Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and parsley on top of the bacon.

- R%Sprinkle the paprika on last.

- R%Roll each slice up tightly and secure with a toothpick. (The
- R%bread must be fresh or it will tear easily).

- R%Broil in oven until lightly browned. Approximately 5 - 10
