  27. 1. What is Quick Hide Window?
  28. ==============================

  30. This utility is great for hiding program windows with a press 
  31. of a hotkey combination. You easily bring them back with 
  32. another combo. Hiding the taskbar and desktop icons is just awesome.
  33. Password protection allows you to lock QHW to prevent intruders 
  34. from trying to show invisible applications while you're gone. You can 
  35. even lock your computer with QHW instead of a weak, easily hackable 
  36. screensaver password.

  41. 2. Minimum requirements

  43. Windows 95/98/ME
  44. Windows NT4/2000 (with some limitations)
  45. vb6 runtime files and Macromedia Flash Plugin (v5 or better)

  47. note: Quick Hide Window lock computer features doesnÆt work on NT platform

  50. 3. Installation procedure
  51. =========================

  53. To install QHW, execute the SETUP.EXE program 
  54. contained in this .ZIP archive. SETUP.EXE is a 
  55. self-extracting installer.
  56. To run QHW, click on the icon created by 
  57. the installer in Start Menu.
  58. All program documentation is contained in the Help 
  59. file shipped with QHW.

  62. 4. Uninstallation procedure
  63. ===========================
  64. Be sure QHW is not running! Press  Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Q
  65. to view QHW interface and click on X on top-left corner. 
  66. Then enter "Control Panel" folder from "Settings" menu in 
  67. "Start" button. Double click on "Add/Remove Programs" icon,
  68. select Quick Hide Windows and click on "Add/Remove" button.
