  12. your acceptance of this license agreement.

  15. BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
  16. OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  18. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  19. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  20. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  21. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  22. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  23. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  24. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  25. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  26. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  27. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  29. GOVERNING LAW
  30. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

  33. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

  35. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  36. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  37. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  39. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
  40. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  41. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  42. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  44. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  45. unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that
  46. each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  47. and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this
  48. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  49. standalone product or included with your own product.

  51. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  53. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  54. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  55. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  56. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  58. Separation of Components.
  59. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  60. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  61.  
  62. Software Transfer.
  63. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  64. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  65.  
  66. Termination.
  67. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  68. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  69. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  70. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  72. Distribution.
  73. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  74. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  75. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT without prior concent from The Author.
  76. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any free or non-profit
  77. packages or products without prior concent.

  79. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  80. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  81. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  82. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  83. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  84. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  85. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  86. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  87. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  88. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  89. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  90. purposes.

  92. LIMITED WARRANTY

  94. NO WARRANTIES.
  95. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  96. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  97. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  98. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  99. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  100. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  101. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  103. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  104. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  105. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  106. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  107. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  108. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  109. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
