  4. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal
  5. agreement between FTP Solutions, Inc. and an individual or a
  6. single entity who agrees and accepts the following
  7. terms and conditions by installing, copying, or
  8. otherwise using the software product identified
  9. above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

  11. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
  12. international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  13. is licensed, not sold. This EULA does not give you any
  14. license to the copyrights or other intellectual property
  15. rights. All rights not expressly granted by this EULA are
  16. reserved to FTP Solutions, Inc.

  18. DISTRIBUTION

  20. You may distribute this program in unmodified form via 
  21. electronic means or on CD compilations. You may not sell 
  22. this program. You must explicitly state that this is 
  23. shareware and that the product is not free.

  25. LIMITATIONS

  27.   You may not alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or
  28.   disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT except and only to the
  29.   extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
  30.   applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  32.   You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the
  33.   SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  35. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  37.   This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided as is without
  38.   warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
  39.   including, but not limited to, warranties of
  40.   merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  41.   The FTP Solutions, Inc. assumes no liability for damages,
  42.   either direct or consequential, which may result
  43.   from the use of the software product.

  45. TERMINATION

  47.   Without prejudice to any other rights, FTP Solutions, Inc.
  48.   may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with
  49.   the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event,
  50.   you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
