  23. Evaluation and Registration
  24. FlashCapture is not free software. You may use this software for evaluation
  25. purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software
  26. after the 30 day evaluation period, you must pay registration fee.

  28. Distribution of the evaluation version
  29. You may copy the evaluation version of this software and documentation as
  30. you wish, and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to
  31. anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the software and
  32. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should
  33. not charge or requesting donations for any such copies however made and
  34. from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  35. without the author's written permission.

  37. Registered version
  38. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
  39. FlashCapture on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
  40. The registered FlashCapture software may not be rented or leased
  41. but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees
  42. to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer
  43. must include the update and all previous versions.
