  13.     HTML Map Designer is a Image Mapping Program that lets you draw 
  14.     freehand, squares or circles to be mapped. It provides the coordinates
  15.     and correct HTML tags for easy access.
  16.     This is a great utility for image mapping. It's best for those huge 
  17.     images     and code lines that you have to write out manually. Do
  18.     a 1024 by 768 Bitmap easily. Provide as many links that you possibly
  19.     can, and it will do the job
