  59.     Russian Loto is a great program for the whole family. 
  60. It's exciting game with easy rules and easy play. It looks 
  61. like BINGO-game, but Russian Loto has its own special rules.
  62.     Throughout the game, computer calls numbers. The goal of
  63. the game is to fill the cards you have (you can do it 
  64. yourself or computer will do it for you). You can also 
  65. control the speed of the calling and decide whether you want 
  66. the numbers to be spoken (sound card required).
  67.     Each card has three rows. When the row is filled you give 
  68. or get money (it depends on the row's number). You can select 
  69. the number of cards for you and for computer.
  70.     The game is finished when third row is completed.

  102. Important! If you've got RL not from our web page, but from
  103. the other source (magazine CD or some software library), please
  104. visit our home page - you'll probably find the later version;
  105. usually, we release the updates about once a month.

  107. To install RL, just run the "setup.exe" and follow the
  108. instructions.

  141.   find the newer version of RL there. If the serious bug has
  142.   been found in the program, but the new version is not ready yet,

  165. Windows 95), open the Control Panel, click on "System" applet and
  166. press "Print" on "Device Manager" tab.
