  2.     Russian Loto : the License
  3.     ==========================

  5.     The Russian Loto (RL) is shareware. This means:
  6.  
  7.   - All copyrights to RL are exclusively owned by PCbit Software, Inc.
  8.  
  9.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  10.     Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to
  11.     continue to use RL, you MUST register.
  12.  
  13.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  14.     use RL on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose,
  15.     at a time. The registered RL software may not be rented or leased,
  16.     but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it
  17.     agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the
  18.     transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
  19.  
  20.   - The RL unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed,
  21.     provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
  22.     company may charge a fee for the distribution of RL without
  23.     written permission from the copyright holder.

  25.   - RL IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  26.     KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  27.     THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
  28.     LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
  29.     OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  31.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  32.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  33.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  34.     provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  35.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  36.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  38.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by PCbit Software, Inc.

  40.   - Installing and using RL signifies acceptance of these terms and
  41.     conditions of the license.

  43.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  44.     RL files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
