  1. Use of Quiptics constitutes your acceptance of the following terms set forth 
  2. in this license agreement.

  4. (1) You may use the Quiptics software on any number of computers and duplicate
  5. the master disk provided that said use is restricted solely to yourself and 
  6. said duplicates are only in your possession. Printed materials accompanying the 
  7. software may not be duplicated.

  9. (2) Quiptics is copyright ⌐ 1999 by Sam Bellotto Jr. and is protected under 
  10. United States copyright laws.

  12. (3) Copyright owner warrants that Quiptics will perform as specified in the 
  13. documentation and is reasonably free from defects and bugs at the time of 
  14. purchase. Master disks determined to be physically defective within 30 days from 
  15. date of purchase will be replaced at no cost to you only if software failure 
  16. was not due to accident, abuse or misapplication on your part.

  18. (4) Copyright owner will not be held liable for any consequential, indirect or 
  19. incidental damages as a result of using Quiptics. Copyright owner's liability 
  20. for any such claim may not exceed the price of the software.
