NOTICE: By installing and using the SOFTWARE you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly delete the SOFTWARE from your computer.
You may use the program on a single computer at one time. You may not copy the program and accompanying materials except for backup purposes to use in support of using the program on a single machine at one time.
You may not make copies of the program for sale or distribution.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the program.
Warranty: This program is provided "as is" without warrantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Tracker Software be held liable for any loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential, or other similar claims.
The SOFTWARE is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
