  41. Quick Start:

  43.   Start the game by placing a bet.

  45.   Betting   - Using the mouse, move the hand over a skull on
  46.               the bottom left of the screen and left click.
  47.               You can also use the 1-9 keys on the numeric 
  48.               keypad for smaller bets.
  49.   Deal      - Move the hand so it's not pointing at anything
  50.               and then left click.
  51.   Split     - Move the hand over the rightmost skull and then
  52.               left click.
  53.   Double    - Move the hand over the skull 2nd from the right
  54.               and then left click. 
  55.   Surrender - Press the Z key on the keyboard.
  56.   Insurance - Using the mouse, move the hand over the pop-up 
  57.               selection of your choice (Yes or No). Then click
  58.               the left mouse button.
