  1. F1 Manager

  3. F1 manager is a DOS product, so to install and use you will either need to
  4. restart your PC in DOS mode with CD drivers loaded, or run a DOS prompt from
  5. Windows 95.

  7. To start a DOS prompt:
  8.  
  9. Select Start and then move to programs, from here click on MS-DOS prompt.
  10. From the MS-DOS prompt type on the keyboard the drive letter of your CD-ROM
  11. for example d: and then press return. When you have done this type install
  12. and follow the on screen prompts. You will need to select the destination
  13. and the directory you want it installed into. When the files have copied
  14. over type F1 to start.

  16. YOU WILL NEED A DOS MOUSE DRIVER TO MAKE THIS WORK IF YOU ARE USING
  17. EITHER DOS OR WINDOWS 95, YOU SHOULD OBTAIN ONE OF THESE FROM YOUR
  18. COMPUTER SUPPLIER IF YOU DON'T OWN ONE.

  20. Within this demo you will find one car to use which has already got
  21. sponsorship on it, the car set-up and one track to race. If you move
  22. around the screen or click at the bottom for the different parts of the
  23. building you can have a look at all the options available. If you want
  24. to move straight to the race, firstly click on the computers disk drive
  25. and then click on the month at the top of the screen, you have to move
  26. it on one month. When this is clicked it will say 'the race is going to
  27. start in a few days'. Click back then move the cursor to the bottom right
  28. 'circuit'. Click on this icon then click the truck, now select the start
  29. button, click this and you are on the way to the first track of the season.
  30. Remember that in here you will have to set up pitstops and other things so
  31. look around before starting the race

  34. screens.
