- F1 Manager

- F1 manager is a DOS product, so to install and use you will either need to
- restart your PC in DOS mode with CD drivers loaded, or run a DOS prompt from
- Windows 95.

- To start a DOS prompt:

- Select Start and then move to programs, from here click on MS-DOS prompt.
- From the MS-DOS prompt type on the keyboard the drive letter of your CD-ROM
- for example d: and then press return. When you have done this type install
- and follow the on screen prompts. You will need to select the destination
- and the directory you want it installed into. When the files have copied
- over type F1 to start.

- YOU WILL NEED A DOS MOUSE DRIVER TO MAKE THIS WORK IF YOU ARE USING
- EITHER DOS OR WINDOWS 95, YOU SHOULD OBTAIN ONE OF THESE FROM YOUR
- COMPUTER SUPPLIER IF YOU DON'T OWN ONE.

- Within this demo you will find one car to use which has already got
- sponsorship on it, the car set-up and one track to race. If you move
- around the screen or click at the bottom for the different parts of the
- building you can have a look at all the options available. If you want
- to move straight to the race, firstly click on the computers disk drive
- and then click on the month at the top of the screen, you have to move
- it on one month. When this is clicked it will say 'the race is going to
- start in a few days'. Click back then move the cursor to the bottom right
- 'circuit'. Click on this icon then click the truck, now select the start
- button, click this and you are on the way to the first track of the season.
- Remember that in here you will have to set up pitstops and other things so
- look around before starting the race
