  9. agreement signed by Nico Mak Computing, Inc., your use of this
  10. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  11. warranty.

  13. For information on distributing the shareware evaluation version
  14. of WinZip Self-Extractor see the section titled "Shareware
  15. License" below.

  19.  Each registered copy of WinZip Self-Extractor may be used at a
  20.  single workstation to create an unlimited number of freely
  21.  distributable royalty-free self-extracting ZIP files, subject
  22.  to the following conditions:

  24.  * A separate registered copy of WinZip Self-Extractor must be
  25.    obtained for each workstation on which WinZip Self-Extractor
  26.    will be used to create self-extracting ZIP files, even if such
  27.    use is only temporary.  This is not a "concurrent use" license.

  29.  * Self-extracting ZIP files created by WinZip Self-Extractor
  30.    contain, among other things, a portion of WinZip Self-
  31.    Extractor, including copyrighted software, proprietary notices,
  32.    and identifying information (the "Extraction Software").  No
  33.    registered user, nor anyone else, may alter or modify the
  34.    Extraction Software.  You cannot give anyone else permission to
  35.    modify the Extraction Software.

  37. All rights not expressly granted in this license agreement are
  38. reserved entirely to Nico Mak Computing, Inc.

  40. Governing Law

  42. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  43. Connecticut.

  45. Disclaimer of Warranty

  47. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  48. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  49. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  50. various hardware and software environments into which WinZip
  51. Self-Extractor may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
  52. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.  Good data processing procedure
  53. dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical
  54. data before relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk
  55. of using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE
  56. LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE

  63. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use the
  64. shareware evaluation version of WinZip Self-Extractor for
  65. evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days.  If
  66. you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period a
  67. registration fee is required, as described in the WinZip
  68. Self-Extractor order form (order.txt).  Under no circumstances
  69. are you licensed to distribute self-extracting ZIP files created
  70. by the shareware evaluation version of WinZip Self-Extractor.
  71. Unregistered use of WinZip Self-Extractor after the 21-day
  72. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international
  73. copyright laws.

  75. Distribution of WinZip Self-Extractor

  77. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the shareware
  78. evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish;
  79. give exact copies of the original shareware version to anyone; and
  80. distribute the shareware version of the software and documentation
  81. in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge
  82. for any of the above.

  84. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  85. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  86. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
