  3. By using this version of OmniHTTPd you are consenting to be bound
  4. by agreement to the following:

  7. FREE VERSION includes all the free and expiring versions of
  8. OmniHTTPd Professional currently available for public use and
  9. evaluation through the Omnicron Technologies Corporation (the
  10. "Company") web site.
  11. COMMERCIAL VERSION includes all the commercially licensed copies
  12. and user licenses obtained through Omnicron Technologies
  13. Corporation (the "Company") or one of its vendors.

  16. OmniHTTPd Professional is copyrighted software;
  17. Copyright (c) 1995-1999 Omnicron Technologies Corporation.
  18. You may use, copy and distribute the FREE VERSION of this program
  19. solely for demonstration purposes, only in unmodified form and
  20. without charging money for it.
  21. You may use the COMMERCIAL VERSION on one computer only. You may
  22. not copy and distribute the COMMERCIAL VERSION. You are allowed
  23. to make one (1) copy for archive reasons. Should you transfer the
  24. COMMERCIAL VERSION to another party, you must remove all copies
  25. of the COMMERCIAL VERSION from your equipment.

  28. You MUST contact Omnicron Technologies Corporation (the
  29. "Company") regarding commercial distribution of the FREE VERSION.
  30. Any such distribution without prior written consent from Omnicron
  31. Technologies Corporation is strictly prohibited.

  33. prohibited.

  35. GRANT OF LICENSE
  36. Omnicron Technologies Corporation (the "Company") has granted
  37. you, the user, a limited license to use OmniHTTPd Professional
  38. (the "Software") This does NOT give you the license to modify,
  39. translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to
  40. the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such
  41. restriction), or create derivative works based on the Software.

  43. DISCLAIMER
  44. Omnicron Technologies Corporation (the "Company") shall not be
  45. held responsible for any damages arising from the use of the
  46. Software. The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without
  47. warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties
  48. of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
  49. non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and
  50. performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software
  51. prove defective, you and not the Company, assume the entire cost
  52. of any service and repair.

  55. limitations and you, the user, must decide whether the Software
