  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
  8. using this software. By proceeding the installation  process indicates 
  9. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  11. G6 FTP Server is licensed, not sold.
  12.  
  13. DISTRIBUTION

  15. You are hereby licensed to make copies of the Shareware version
  16. as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware to anyone;
  17. and distribute the Shareware in its unmodified form via electronic means 
  18. (Internet, BBS's, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc...).
  19. You can not distribute Shareware version with keyfile.

  21. Shareware version stands for the package distributed by author
  22. on the website.

  24. You may charge a distribution fee for the package, but you must not 
  25. represent in any way that you are selling the software itself.

  27. The integrity of the original G6 FTP Server distribution file as 
  28. distributed by author is essential.
  29. G6 FTP Server and all of its related files must be distributed 
  30. together in the original format.
  31. The G6 FTP Server distribution file may not have files added to it
  32. or removed from it, and none of its contents may be modified, 
  33. decompiled, or reverse engineered.

  35. SHAREWARE VERSION

  37. This version is limited to 1h of full working features,
  38. after that server stops and must be restarted,
  39. user can only download 5 files and upload 5 files per connection.

  41. You can evaluate G6 FTP Server for 30 days.
  42. After that you must register or uninstall this software.

  44. REGISTERED VERSION

  46. One registered copy of G6 FTP Server may either be used by a 
  47. single person who uses the software personally on one or more 
  48. computers, or installed on a single workstation used 
  49. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  51. WARNING: This computer program is protected by copyright law. 
  52. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any
  53. portion of it, or serial number (Unique Identifier) may result in 
  54. severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the 
  55. maximum extent possible under law.

  57. WARNING: Your key file is an Unique Identifier which identifies 
  58. you as an owner of this program, distribution of the key file is 
  59. prohibited.

  61. You may not distribute this software with Keyfile.

  66. this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions
