  11. However, providing the rules below are adhered to, this material may be
  12. distributed, (with no additions/alterations whatsoever), by PD suppliers
  13. as long as only a reasonable copying fee is charged.

  15. You are encouraged to use these routines within a PUBLIC DOMAIN release,
  16. however, if you are intending to release a program as copyrighted
  17. material, or under the popular "shareware" banner, then you are legaly
  18. obliged to apply for a licence for their use in your program.

  20. Note that this licence does not give you any rights to claim copyright to
  21. any altered or re-coded material containing any part/s of this source.
