- The uuaallaarrmm() function waits a count of _m_i_c_r_o_s_e_c_o_n_d_s before asserting the
- terminating signal SIGALRM. System activity or time used in processing
- the call may cause a slight delay.

- If the _i_n_t_e_r_v_a_l argument is nonzero, the SIGALRM signal will be sent to
- the process every _i_n_t_e_r_v_a_l microseconds after the timer expires (e.g. af
- ter _v_a_l_u_e microseconds have passed).

- When the signal has successfully been caught, aallaarrmm() returns the amount
