  7. These Files and their related documentation, utilities, and examples
  8. are provided "AS-IS" and subject to change without notice; no warranties
  9. are made.  All use is at your own risk.  No liability or responsibility
  10. is assumed.

  13. NOTES

  15. This version of iffparse.library is compatible with the V34 (1.3) Amiga
  16. operating system.  In V37 (2.04) and higher versions of the Amiga OS,
  17. iffparse.library is supplied on Workbench.  V38 and later versions
  18. of iffparse.library are not 1.3 compatible.  Software applications which
  19. use iffparse.library but do not require V37 Amiga OS or higher may wish
  20. to distribute this iffparse.library for installation on systems where
  21. iffparse.library is not present.  This library should also be compatible
  22. with V33 (1.2) Amiga OS, but this has not been tested.

  25. DISTRIBUTION OF iffparse.library

  27. The Files may be reproduced and distributed under license subject to
  28. agreement with the following terms and conditions (wherein the reference
  29. to Files shall iffparse.library):

  31. 1.   The Files may be reproduced but may not be modified in any way.
  32.  
  33. 2.   The Files may only be distributed as an integral part of a software
  34.      product solely for Commodore Amiga computers.
  35.  
  36. 3.   Licensee shall hold Commodore harmless from any and all claims, damages
  37.      and liabilities resulting from or arising out of its use or distribution
  38.      of the Files.

  40. 4.   All copies of Licensee's software product containing the Files and
  41.      of Licensee's product documentation related thereto (either paper
  42.      or electronic) must include the following copyright notice:

  48. 5.   Licensee's product documentation (either paper or electronic) must also

  51.      THE iffparse.library IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE;
  52.      NO WARRANTIES ARE MADE.  ALL USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.  NO LIABILITY
  53.      OR RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED.

  55. 6.   The Files may not be installed on a user's system or Workbench
  56.      unless the installation procedure included with Licensee's product has
  57.      determined that the user's system or Workbench does not contain a more
  58.      recent version of the Files.

  60. 7.   Such technical information as is contained in the Files (and any
  61.      product thereof) or in the related documentation, utilities, and
  62.      examples may not be exported in contravention of the laws and
  63.      regulations of the United States.

  65. 8.  Prior to any distribution of the Files, Licensee must acknowledge and
  66.      consent to these terms by forwarding a completed and signed copy of
  67.      this entire Agreement, on paper, to:

  70. 9.  Commodore may terminate this license at any time, with or without cause.
  71.      This license and Licensee's rights hereunder will automatically
  72.      terminate upon any breach of these terms and conditions.  Upon any
  73.      such termination, Licensee shall destroy all copies of the Files and
  74.      the related documentation, utilities, and examples in its possession.
