  7. This release fixes some bugs of Yak 2.03 and adds new features among which
  8. an alternate prefs editor that uses bgui.library.

  12. Yak 2.00 is a major release of Yak, it introduces a lot of changes since Yak
  13. 1.60. Yak 2.00 main goal was to provide more flexibility, this has been
  14. achieved by a new way to handle options for hotkey actions and by adding
  15. configurability to mouse cycling. Due to this, GUI code has expanded quite
  16. a lot, so now GUI is separated from the main commodity.
  17. Beside these major changes, there were also some less important ones among
  18. which:

  20. - New option 'Activate only' for 'Cycle Windows' action. 
  21.  
  22. - New toggle in 'miscellaneous' window : 'Full Workbench'.
  23.  
  24. - KeyActivate is now disabled while a mouse button is pressed.
  25.  
  26. - Added a 'Clear' gadget to the keydef window.

  28. - New toggle in 'miscellaneous' window : 'UNIX Dirs'

  30. - New option for CycleWindows action, you can now specify a pattern on the
  31.   name of the task which handle some windows. Some examples:
  32.   To exclude ToolManager windows (docks), you can use "~(ToolManager Handler)"     
  33.   pattern. To cycle only BrowserII windows, you can use "#?BrowserII#?".
  34.   To find the name of a task attached to a window, you can use ARTM and in
  35.   the window description, you will find the name of this task on the line
  36.   "UserPort: ... mp-SigTask".

  38. - A new tooltype for the prefs program to let you choose your own font for
  39.   Yak GUI independently from the screen font.

  43. find them.

  45. WARNING: Dutch users, I'm sorry but the nederlands catalog has not been
  46.          updated, so there are still a lot of english strings in it. Feel
  47.          free to send me an updated version, you will need 2 files present
  48.          in this distribution: catalogs/nederlands/nederlands.ct and
  49.          catalogs/yak.cd
