  7. WARNING: This is a beta version of Yak 2.0, it doesn't contain any doc,
  8.          catalog files are uncomplete, there's no installer script. So, 
  9.          this program should be only used by Yak 1.x previous users. 
  10.          Beginners please stay away. The quality of this package is not 
  11.          the one you are used with Yak 1.x, it may contain bugs but it
  12.          is usable though.

  15. INSTALLATION:

  17. cd Yak_2.0_Beta
  18. Convert
  19. Copy ENV:yak.prefs ENVARC:
  20. Copy Wbstartup/Yak#? sys:WBStartup 
  21. Copy Prefs/Yak#? sys:prefs
  22. Copy Catalogs Locale:

  30. String begining by '**' are strings that have not been yet translated. No
  31. attempt was made to adapt the GUI to translated strings length, it will be
  32. done when catalogs get complete.

  40. BUGS REPORTS AND SUGGESTIONS

  42. Please report bugs/suggestions to Gael_Marziou@grenoble.hp.com, if possible
  43. try to put the 'Yak 2.0' string in the subject in order to help me to
  44. classify incoming e-mail.
  45. I will post updates to this package as far as I get catalogs, docs,
  46. installer scripts or bugs fixed. Thanks for testing Yak.
  47. If you find a bug in Convert, the best thing to do is to send me your
  48. s:yak.prefs and s:yak.hotkeys files with your bug report.

  51. BUGS FIXED AND ENHANCEMENTS
  52.  
  53. - Sending a 'Show' event to Yak from Exchange crashed the system !
  54.  
  55. - ScreenCycling via mouse only worked if there was a window under mouse.
  56.  
  57. - WildStar and NoClick gadgets were inverted. 
  58.  
  59. - NoClick and BlackBorder (when off) were disabling their respective system
  60.   flags without testing them, so nickprefs was disabling click on drive and
  61.   Yak was reenabling it after even with NoClick off.
  62.  
  63. - Position of the bottom Bevel Box of the main window was not font
  64.   sensitive.
  65.  
  66. - Now entering the hotkey definition window disables Yak and re-enables it
  67.   after the window is closed. This is more convenient especially for mouse
  68.   cycling definitions..

  70. - 2 new tooltypes for the prefs program to let you choose your own font for
  71.   Yak GUI independenlty from the screen font. Look at the tooltypes of
  72.   Prefs/Yak.info for some example. Warning, if the screen is not big enough
  73.   for the window to adapt itself to the specified font, Yak will use
  74.   topaz.font 8.
