  2. Installing a new version of PowerCache
  3. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  4. If  you  already  have a prior version of PowerCache installed, and you are
  5. using  the Locale system (Workbench 2.1 or later), then you must re-install
  6. the  locale  files.  New strings are being added to PowerCache's vocabulary
  7. all  the  time,  and  the  version  string is also contained in the catalog
  8. files.   So  please let the installation programs install the locale files,
  9. even  if  you  have  already done so in a previous installation of an older
  10. version.
