  5. Installation

  8. To install MediaMAGIC click on the installer icon 'Install-MediaMAGIC'.
  9.  
  10. Sorry, but it is not possible to install to floppy.  If you only have 
  11. disk drives you can load MediaMAGIC from the first disk.  If you want 
  12. to use the included textures you must unarchive the lha files from 
  13. disk 2 and 3.

  19. During the installation alot of data will be unpacked.  You can 
  20. import sound modules if they have been packed using powerpacker.
  21. You must have a 'powerpacker.library' for your CPU.

  24. Demoscript

  27. After installing to HD you can load the demo script which 
  28. demonstrates some of features.
  29. The script will not run from floppies.

  32. Important:

  34. The Demo script uses the 'CGTimes' and 'CGTriumvirate' fonts.
  35. If these are not installed on your system the 'topaz' font will
  36. be used.

  39. MMM-Player

  42. If you wish to use the MMM-player without the main program 
  43. you must copy the 'MMM.prefs' file into its drawer.  Since the 
  44. MMM-player reads in the screen-mode of the presentation in this file.
