  1. This program lets you convert a real MAC formatted disk into AMAX
  2. format so you can use it with AMAX.
  3.  
  4. It is FIRST necessary that you run the "calibrateMAC" program to 
  5. change the calibration for use with MAC emulation.  You will be
  6. required to change your calibration back and forth between MAC and
  7. normal disk copying (or the Disk Compressor).

  9. Once the calibration has been set, run this program.
  10.  
  11. If the Amiga seems to "lock" and the then return back to the main
  12. options screen of the MAC2AMAX program, this indicates that your
  13. calibration is off.  Try turning the pot on the video unit while
  14. running the program until the POWER LED begins to flash.  Once you get
  15. this to occur, make sure that it works for speed zones (tracks).
  16. Find a happy medium and stick with it.  You may even want to mark the pot
  17. for the MAC setting.
