  7. These Files and their related documentation, utilities, and examples
  8. are provided "AS-IS" and subject to change without notice; no warranties
  9. are made.  All use is at your own risk.  No liability or responsibility
  10. is assumed.

  13. NOTES
  14.  
  15. RealTime.library is a library which can allow applications to
  16. share high resolution timing and synchronize with each other.
  17. The autodocs for realtime.library are part of the V40 autodocs.
  18. This version of realtime.library is compatible with the V34 (1.3) and
  19. higher versions of the Amiga operating system.  In V40, realtime.library
  20. is supplied on Workbench.  But the version of realtime.library on V40
  21. Workbench requires at least V37 (2.04) Amiga OS. Software applications
  22. which use realtime.library but do not require V40 Amiga OS or higher may
  23. wish to distribute this realtime.library for installation on systems where
  24. realtime.library is not present.  This library should also be compatible
  25. with V33 (1.2) Amiga OS, but this has not been tested.

  28. DISTRIBUTION OF realtime.library
  29.  
  30. The Files may be reproduced and distributed under license subject to
  31. agreement with the following terms and conditions (wherein the reference
  32. to Files shall realtime.library):

  34. 1.   The Files may be reproduced but may not be modified in any way.
  35.  
  36. 2.   The Files may only be distributed as an integral part of a software
  37.      product solely for Commodore Amiga computers.
  38.  
  39. 3.   Licensee shall hold Commodore harmless from any and all claims, damages
  40.      and liabilities resulting from or arising out of its use or distribution
  41.      of the Files.
  42.  
  43. 4.   All copies of Licensee's software product containing the Files and
  44.      of Licensee's product documentation related thereto (either paper
  45.      or electronic) must include the following copyright notice:

  49.      Reproduced and distributed under license from Commodore.

  51. 5.   Licensee's product documentation (either paper or electronic) must also
  52.      include a disclaimer substantially similar to the following:

  54.      THE realtime.library IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE;
  55.      NO WARRANTIES ARE MADE.  ALL USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.  NO LIABILITY
  56.      OR RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED.

  58. 6.   The Files may not be installed on a user's system or Workbench
  59.      unless the installation procedure included with Licensee's product has
  60.      determined that the user's system or Workbench does not contain a more
  61.      recent version of the Files.

  63. 7.   Such technical information as is contained in the Files (and any
  64.      product thereof) or in the related documentation, utilities, and
  65.      examples may not be exported in contravention of the laws and
  66.      regulations of the United States.

  68. 8.  Prior to any distribution of the Files, Licensee must acknowledge and
  69.      consent to these terms by forwarding a completed and signed copy of
  70.      this entire Agreement, on paper, to:

  73. 9.  Commodore may terminate this license at any time, with or without cause.
  74.      This license and Licensee's rights hereunder will automatically
  75.      terminate upon any breach of these terms and conditions.  Upon any
  76.      such termination, Licensee shall destroy all copies of the Files and
  77.      the related documentation, utilities, and examples in its possession.
