  16.  Description:
  17.   QRT2RW24 is a QRT / DKB to RW24 format converter.
  18.   It wil enable you to create an image file that can be used as an EGS bootlogo.

  20.  Usage:
  21.   QRT2RW24 <SOURCE> <DESTINATION>

  23.  Remarks:
  24.   The destination has to be different from the source otherwise your original
  25.   will be overwritten!

  27.   WARNING! QRT / DKB format images don't have an identifier in de file header
  28.   (unlike IFF) so QRT2RW24 can't check the source file to be a real QRT / DKB
  29.   format!!!

  31.   Rename the resulting RW24 image to "bootlogo" and put it in "EGS:egs/Monitors"
  32.   it will be displayed during the next boot.
  33.   You can select the screen resolution in which the bootlogo will be displayed
  34.   with EGS-Tweaker.

  36.   The bootlogo is loaded by the EGS graphics card dependent driver, I know that
  37.   the Piccolo and PiccoloSD64 drivers (v7.1 and previous) will load this
  38.   bootlogo but others might not...

  40.   To convert a IFF, GIF JPEG ect. to RW24 you must first convert it to a QRT or
  41.   DKB (actually they are the same) image format.
  42.   You can use ADPro to do this and there are some converters on AmiNet that can
  43.   do that job also.
  44.   I believe there's one on AmiNet in gfx/3d/DKBTrace.lha :^)
