  1. DRAWING PREFS: change preferences for drawing

  4. - Draw circle/ellipse from center: affects Ellipse tool.
  5.   Normal drawing mode is from the top left corner.
  6. - Prompting: window title is replaced with short help for
  7.   drawing.
  8. - DoubleClick on: doubleclick on an object to edit its
  9.   coordinates.
  10. - Spring-load tools: after drawing a segment or object, the
  11.   Object tool will be reselected automatically.
  12. - Spring-load text: after placing a text object, the Object
  13.   tool will be reselected automatically.
  14. - Undo available: enables the Undo command. (Using the Undo
  15.   command uses additional memory.)
  16. - Round-rect corner radius: affects the corner radius of
  17.   boxes drawn with the Rounded Box tool.
  18. - Mag incr: sets the magnification change for the Magnifier
