  1. ROTATE: rotate an object about its rotation point
  2. -----------------------------------------------------------

  4. - Select an object with the Object tool.
  5. - Set the rotation point if required.
  6. - Choose the Rotate command. The mouse will change to a
  7.   curved arrow mouseform.
  8. - Press and hold the mouse button on the object's path.
  9.   (Or anywhere on the object if it is filled.)
  10. - Drag the mouse to rotate the object.
  11. - Release the mouse button to redraw the object at its new
  12.   position.
  13. - Press Esc or choose the Object tool to end rotation.

  17. - Select an object with the Object tool.
  18. - Set the rotation point if required.
  19. - Hold down Shift and choose the Rotate command to open the
  20.   Rotate requester.
  21. - Enter the rotation value where positive rotation is
  22.   clockwise.
