  15. FUNCTION
  16.   An interface to SCMSG, the SAS/C message browser. Also adds some other useful
  17. SAS/C related features. Sets up menus and shortcuts.
  18. "Build..." uses SCMSG to 'make' the project.
  19. "Step" deletes the errors/warnings after encountering them.
