  1. Installation notes:  We have noticed problems with the Installer
  2. program when using Expert or Intermediate mode.  The general
  3. Novice install is recommended for most, if not all situations.
  4.  
  5. SYS:Storage/DOSDrivers and Workbench 2.1 and above:  Please note
  6. that the mountlist file is placed in the SYS:Storage/DOSDrivers
  7. directory.  This is indeed the correct place for this file.  If you
  8. move the CD0 (or CD6, etc.) mountlist file from this directory, expect
  9. to have the system complain about the AsimCDFS_Buffer: assignment.

  52. · added support for the NEC 4X4 ATAPI CD-ROM drive.  This drive must
  53. have the "Ignore LUNs on Open?" flag selected when operating in
  54. separate mode.

  56. · fixed problem with a Rock Ridge disk and a 68000 Amiga system that
  57. caused a crash.

  59. · changed directory detection routine to allow for non-ISO9660 sorted
  60. path tables (directory listings).  This allows for AsimCDFS to be more
  61. tolerant of non-conforming CD-ROM discs.

  63. This >>slightly<< slows down the search process for >>non-existant files<<;
  64. in normal use, it should not affect general performance at all.

  66. · fixed problem when reading CDDA files with Yamaha CDR100 and CDR102
  67. CD-R writers - the software would not restart the audio stream correctly,
  68. resulting in a corrupted audio file.
