  10. - New options "-e" to use (ESC+[) instead of (CSI) for control sequence.
  11.   This allows compatibility with some lame ANSI editors and some lame
  12.   terminals that do not support the quick control sequence.
  13.   If you see only some numbers and strange characters when you show a
  14.   converted file you should use this option.  Remember that this makes the
  15.   ANSI file 2000 bytes longer.
