  7. via a NULL cable, they are synced up to each other
  8. with in one 50hz field.

  12. Note for 1.2f:
  13. This is just a minor bugfix.  Some of you may possibly
  14. have noticed that if any data was input to the serial
  15. port after quitting PT (for example VBS), the machine
  16. would hang.  This is because if there was nothing using
  17. the port before PT grabbed it, PT would not clear its
  18. own vector.  The result:  new data comes along, and
  19. an interrupt jumps to a NOW OVERWRITTEN routine.  Bang!
  20. This fix simply restores the old serial I/O enable bits
  21. which means that if they were disabled before, they'll
  22. be disabled now.  Hope I haven't screwed it up!

  26.  sorry for the last version being bugged up, that is
  27. because I just grabbed my old disk and sent it up
  28. assuming it worked , at least it did on 2 A500's
  29. 12months ago, but now???, so I hooked my A500 up
  30. next to my A1200 to be sure this time, and what do you
  31. know, BANG it crashed , so I went on to fix it and
  32. here it is!
